Rootes Archive Centre building front

Rootes Archive Center Trust introduces their recently purchased, purpose built, two floor, 2000 square-foot building at Wroxton near Banbury, UK.

This is the permanent, international home for everything Rootes: historic records, vintage advertising material, original engineering drawings… even a prototype TS4 diesel engine!

The Archive is the primary source of valuable Rootes-related information not only for members of Rootes Clubs, but also for our Friends. A vast array of knowledge and artifacts preserved for enthusiasts from across the world.

For a minimum annual donation of £15 sterling (approximately $20 US) you can become an International Friend of the Rootes Archive Centre and play your part in helping protect this valuable piece of motoring history for now and for generations to come.

Membership offers you:

  • Bimonthly copies of Rootes Gazette (online flipbook)
  • A place to visit whilst in the UK where you can soak up the wealth of information contained in the Archive
  • The satisfaction of knowing you are helping preserve a key segment of motoring history
