  My Sunbeam Alpine Series II is currently in San Diego undergoing repairs. Eventually, I will have it shipped here to Virginia. I’m wondering what it takes to get these cars Titled and Registered here in Virginia. I have just finished looking at Virginia’s DMV on line information. About all I learned from that is it looks like the cars must pass state emission inspection. How is that possible since these cars have no contemporary emission control devices in place? Also, what is the requirement for seat belts on these cars in Virginia?
  
  Any other advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
