  I’m almost ready to order the new rear end for my Sunbeam and was wondering if anybody knows what the stock width of the Tiger rear end is flange to flange? I’ve taken a measurment with my wheels in place and want to see how close I am to the stock width.

  I just measured 47in. What rear end do you plan on using?

  I plan on using a Ford 8 inch from Currie. I measured 51.25" flange to flange….I may need to re-check it if you have 47".

  Talked to a friend today who had a Tiger rear end out of the car-much easier to measure that way. Tha distance between the two flanges of the axle housing is 47 1/4 in. and the distance between the two hubs is 50 1/2 in.
