  Ok, so I am installing my new soft top on my Mk1A Tiger and realized to one of my side Velcro strips has gone AWOL. Some of the old rivets had kicked the bucket and I took the strips off for "safe keeping". Good job! So, I ordered new ones from Sunbeam Specialties some time ago and now noticed that they are way too long, and the holes do not come even close to matching up with the original holes. What the heck? I do not want to drill any new holes, so I don’t know what to do here. Has anyone replaced their Velcro strips? If so, how did you do it? Where did you get them? Even better, does anyone have an old set of these lying around that they would sell to a new home? Please let me know! Thanks! 🙂

  I am very happy to report that I found the missing original strip. I’m all set. It’s amazing how such a small, seemingly insignificant part can hang up a project. Thanks!
