  The Simeone Foundation Museum in Philly is featuring "American MegaMotors Racers" at their Demonstration Day on Sat. 7/23/11.
  The featured cars are: 1950 Allard J2 (early Cadillac OHV V8 w/2×4 bbl), 1953 Cunningham C4R (Chrysler Hemi w/4 carbs), 1963 Corvette Grand Sport (big-block), 1966 Ford GT MkII (427). There is a short talk about the cars, then they will be driven around the 3 acre back lot. After that they are displayed so that you can get "up close and personal" and also get some good photos.
  These are some very rare, beautiful, and great sounding cars.

  8/6/2011 – corrected the Cunningham – that has a custom 4 carb set up – and a wicked cam – what a sound!
