I have read that there is a better than random relationship between the Vin and the JAL numbers for Tigers. I have an early ’66 MK1A with a Vin of B382000469LRX with a JAL of 660518. Would this combination of #’s be realistically correct ? Thanks, Bob

According to the Book of Norman your Tiger’s JAL was withheld or not submitted by its owner at the time the information was accumulated.
However, Tiger #382000466 has a JAL OF 660446 and Tiger #382000472 has a JAL of 660460.
These are the closest cars to yours with information.
