Hey, guys,
My Mk1a is sagging a bit on one corner. I inserted one of those spring inserts and got it leveled out, but not happy with this “duct tape” solution to the problem. Would like something more permanent with some reasonable cost/performance considerations. I’m okay with weird Tiger steering geometry. It’s fun to make burn out sounds when making sharp 3 MPH turns in Harbor Freight’s parking lot.
Was hoping someone has some experience with adjustable height coil overs and, if so, could recommend a specific product that has stood the test of time.
My Tiger is making 400HP +/- (at the crank) and has a slight weight reduction over stock with aluminum heads. The chances are close to zero that the car will make it to the track in my lifetime. So, ride quality with good control are high priorities.
Suggestions?
