Anyone have any secrets to snapping the hardtop side trim back on without risking damage to the pieces? This is the piece that dresses up the rain gutters.

I find it works easiest to start at the bend over the quarter window. Slip it over the top for 6 inches or so each direction and start tapping it gently over the bottom edge with your palm or a rubber mallet. Work to one enc, then to the other, should just snap over. It will scratch the paint some on the underside of the top but that should all be covered by the stainless when complete. You may find you need to spread the bottom a little at the curve to get it started, it can be tapped back with a pointed body hammer once installed. Main thing is to go slow and easy and don’t use any hard tools that could dent it.
