Team Tiger will be at IMS Grand Prix road course for the SCCA Runoffs, Barry is crewing and a second Tiger from the west coast is also attending (Leroy Lacy). There are 37 cars entered in GT2 so the competition is deep and fierce. If you are in the area after the United this is a bucket list event as there are over 1,000 cars entered. The racing starts Friday September 29th and ends on Sunday October 1st. The GT2 race is Friday afternoon. SCCA has live timing all week long for qualifying and then also the races. Just go to the SCCA web site scca.com for more information about tickets.

Nice 4th place finish, today, Tom! Especially liked the pass of the Andretti #44 car. Too bad it wouldn’t hold.

      Go Team Tiger!

SCCA actually had live broadcast of the race, it will be available later to watch on demand in a couple of weeks. With 36 cars taking the green and over 60 cars in 3 of the qualifying sessions we had 2 goals at the beginning of the week. Goal 1 do not get involved in an accident trying to pass slower cars, be patient. Goal 2 make it thru turn 1 1st lap of the race. We did both and had a great race!

My in car video is here

^^^ Good stuff Tom, glad that the Runoffs were a "successful" event for Team Tiger 😀
I was searching the race results for the other 50-year old obsolete marque cars running with you in GT2… but could only find "modern" cars 🙄 😯
You are doing great work out there 8)

Looked very smooth from the in-car video 8)
Please post a link [or something?] to the SCCA race video when it is publicly available.

      Thanks, Mark

^^^ Was that the GT2 race or "the Tom Patton Show"? 😯 8) 🙂
With the 1st place car ‘way out in front, your battles sure got a lot of coverage – very nice!
