        Looks like the weather is going to allow us to go south this weekend where Team Tiger will run the SCCA Majors at NOLA in New Orleans LA February 26-28th. This will be our first time at NOLA and a good GT2 field is entered, if you are in the neighborhood stop in and say Hi.

            The weekend was a success with pole for GT2 for both races and wins in both races! The weather was fantastic (compared to Ohio this time of year) 70 degrees and sunny. NOLA Motorsports Park facilities were great. While we were racing on the 2.75 mile race course there were go kart races and an SCCA autocross also being held at this multi use facility.
            Testing went very well without an issue. We did have a left front hub fail going into the very fast turn 6 in qualifying on Saturday morning (video link at bottom). We had the spare parts and managed to stay out of the 1st lap pile up on Saturday. We did have a bad transmission leak that resulted in us removing the trans to make repairs Sunday morning. The Tiger ran flawlessly in the Sunday race to give us the sweep.

                That sounds like 3 wins total… 2 in the races and 1 for getting away to some nice weather! 🙂
