Has anyone tallied up the current number of registrants for the United?

Hi Bob
It's around 90 registrations and around 35-40 cars.

George,
The current report shows you folks in the Carolinas will need a large boat. The weather for Glen Cove shows a decent weekend. Stay dry!

The weather report for Long Island is excellent. Mid 60s to Mid 70s temps, partly cloudy with little chance of rain.

I go along with the above 2 posts, but I'm still saying whatever it takes to make the weather spirit look kindly on TEAE

Might be helpful if a list of any other "wagon trains" would get posted here so other can join in.

Great idea Tom but I'm not sure how many people are looking at the Forum.
Perhaps Joe can send out a blast email notifying membership to check their respective chapter heads to determine if there's a caravan going from that region?
Would you please email him about that?
Really appreciate,
Sy

I sent out an email blast weeks ago to most of the regional reps asking them to contact their flock and offer to organize convoys from their respective areas. If it ain’t happening by now, I doubt it will. The only one I know of is being led by Joe Parlanti. It will leave from the Wash DC area and head north through central PA and then turn east through PA and NJ and across the GW Bridge.

If anybody out there is interested contact Joe, but hurry, the train leaves the station in less than 48 hours.

Thank you Mark and Nancy.
I so appreciate all of you who made the trek to Long Island. It appears to have been a very positive United and I so enjoyed the cohesiveness of the group.

I received a text from Bryan Jesia who was the SCCA rep who ran the Autocross. He had nothing but praise for our cars and our drivers!
The DJ Mark told me that he never worked for a nicer group and Meghan at Grimaldi's couldn't stop admiring the cars and how much we enjoyed the pizza. The hotel staff can't wait for us to return although I told them it's not likely soon.

Kudos to a great time and hoping all returned home safely.

Thanks for being such a positive club! It's really like family, only better.

Thanks to all for all for their hard work. Debbie and I had a great time and hope all got home safely. I took a lot of video and pictures which will be edited by a professional and a link will be posted soon.

Just a word on video: I hired the kid who was at the Concours to do the video and put it on U-tube. We emailed last night and he should have it in a week or two. He's also doing it as part of a school project and I think it should turn out quite positive.
I'll let everyone know when it's ready.
