Ed,
Congratulations, your new baby is at home! Doug must have given her his approval before he let you do 735 miles. She must have driven alright? No problems or surprises and did everything meet your expectations?
Is it more comfortable than driving an Alpine for that distance?
What an example you set for many other club members.
Enjoy her, and you will stay forever young! :D

Ed, I never saw you with such a big smile. Those pictures make it look like you picked up a real jewel. Must be getting tired of Alpines and Tigers. Now, can you make it to the United in NY in August? We know the Talbot can.

Way to go Ed!
Was this the Talbot that was at the United in St Louis a few years ago? I will have to check my photos. What a nice car. See you at the United with it? Eric

I don't think it was at St.Louis but I found a SUNI 2 plak on it. I think it must have been there before restoration. You will see me at the United but it's a little too far to drive without AC I may bring it to the next SOS. Ed

Hey Ed! We never got a trip report about your ride back down South in the Talbot. Is that "4 on the tree" as bad as I heard it is?? If you make it to the Invasion, Jim E will brief you on what it takes to put a V-6 in your car......Eric
