great story of the Pinner/Bulpitt Mk II Tiger

Postby Mark1A » Fri Sep 12, 2014 11:03 pm

I really enjoyed the story by Bill Bulpitt about his Yellow Mk II (did not see any note of what his first Tiger is?). Sunbeams and long friendships just seem to go together :)
I remember admiring the car at the United in Pigeon Forge, but never knew any of the story until reading it in the RR today.
Thanks, Bill!

Thanks for your good words. My first Tiger is a Mark IA I bought in 1973 When I was in the Air Force. It has of course been a part of me, and when Frank found me just after I moved to Jacksonville the friendship was born. It has been to a number of Uniteds, but not for a while, and I consider it a "presentable, personalized driver."

Great Stuff Bill.
Thus as a Tiger owner since "just" 1985 I always feel like a "newbie"
