Re: Mk1 Build Date

Steve, the chassis code list didn't list build dates. I checked my Book of Norman and the Jensen date for your Tiger is 4/29/65. The paint code is 86. All other info like gearbox and trans number was withheld. Thats how the book lists stuff. Hope this helps.

Re: Nice look to the forum

I can't take the credit for this. Eric Smyder has taken over the Forum. Look for some great changes in the future.

Yeah, but don't forget Bil Haley's 59 Rapier is missing from that picture. We had quite the turn out of Rare Rootes. I sat in the back seat of Bil's Rapier going to dinner one night. Just made me wonder when the last time that back seat had been sat in.

United XXVIII Alternate Activities for Sunday

For people not interested in going to the Autocross on Sunday, there is a British Car show south of Middleburg, Va. on Rt. 50. It is billed as the Hunt Country Classic Vehicle Show and is sponsored by the MG Car Club Washington D.C. Centre. I believe it is about as far away as the tour to the Smiths...

Jose,

I believe you just go into your profile and change your email address. You are only allowed one address.

Todd,

I'm think it's something their ISP adds to speed up slow service. Don't really know much else. Haven't a clue how that would cause the problem.

I decided to check the php help forum for help with this problem. It looks like the problem might be caused by your ISP. Check out the link below. It might be worth a try. I will keep looking for another solution. http://www.phpbb.com/community/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=577426&p=3177435&hilit=...

Todd,

There is only one version of the web site and forum on the server. The only reason your home computer would be showing an old version is if it was pulling it from your temporary internet file and not off the server. It shouldn't do that once you hit refresh.

Todd,

Never heard of this problem before. Sometimes I have to log on twice. For some reason the first time it doesn't take and I have to sign on again. Do you think that could be your problem? I get around it by checking the "Log me on automatically each visit" box.

The members gallery was not active until yesterday. It had been taken down because of no interest. If you go to the gallery page you will find the information needed to submit a photo. We will resize the pictures to 216 X 84, but if you do it that's fine. Saves us a step.

When we first started the web site we included a section for members pictures. We didn't receive many submissions. Donna has re-uploaded that page under Photo Gallery and Members Photos. Send me your pictures and they will be posted. Lets see if we get a better response this time.
