If you can find a S4 solex intake it will bolt on and you can use the two BBrl Weber carb in its place this combination works very well.

You said that the front end has been rebuilt? Do you know if the front cross member was reset as well? A good way to see if it has is to look at the upper fulcrum pins if the back end nut is real close or up against the fender well it has not been repaired and will have to be pulled, over the years ...
Remove the linkage, drive shaft and any other attachments, unbolt the trans, then you twist ether left or right I can not remember and down it will come out but will take some time. I did this about 15 years ago Stock MKI Tiger. Good luck

compare the spec sheets for evans and any of the conventional coolants and you will find there is very little difference. same freeze points, same boil points. you also need to use their purge product to clean the system but they don't say anything about having to change all hoses if there has been...
I used this on my Tiger but the bad thing is it is really for a new built engine, IE no water in the system to start with , it seems to not like you to have water present.
