Remove the linkage, drive shaft and any other attachments, unbolt the trans, then you twist ether left or right I can not remember and down it will come out but will take some time. I did this about 15 years ago Stock MKI Tiger. Good luck

compare the spec sheets for evans and any of the conventional coolants and you will find there is very little difference. same freeze points, same boil points. you also need to use their purge product to clean the system but they don't say anything about having to change all hoses if there has been...
I used this on my Tiger but the bad thing is it is really for a new built engine, IE no water in the system to start with , it seems to not like you to have water present.
Don't do that I know that these cars sometimes gets the best of you but you will figure it out as for the motor running and the bearing issue it will still run good not always dose that cause problems.
